About The Position
The position is responsible for implementing and executing operational initiatives to support organic growth and revenue retention in the Employee Benefits sector. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role involves managing the service team, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring operational efficiencies. The individual will also negotiate vendor service agreements and oversee training and development within the team, promoting a positive work culture and collaboration with leadership.
