with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm focuses on civil litigation
defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15
states. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure matters and has
built a reputation based on jury awards exceeding $10 million.

Requirements

• CO bar
• Recent insurance defense experience
• Must live in or near Denver (for Denver court appearances)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
