About The Position

Founded over 30 years ago, we are a nationally recognized law firm with 85
attorneys across six offices. We have expanded nationally, enabling us to
provide a full range of services throughout the U.S. with over 15 practice
areas. We are a client-focused law firm that meets the diverse needs of the
insurance industry and has decades of experience providing clients with a myriad
of associated services, including claim and coverage analysis, complex dispute
resolution, and policy drafting.

We have a brand new office in White Plains. The office has 13 Attorneys
currently, and plenty of office and paralegal support.

Seeking Associate or OF Counsel to join our General Liability, Labor Law, and
Transportation team in White Plains, New York. This role offers hands-on
experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing
discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging
directly with clients. 50% of our work is NY Labor Law.

Requirements

• NY bar
• Recent insurance defense experience

Responsibilities

• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
• Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
