About The Position
Join a fast-growing litigation boutique that is making a strong name in the insurance defense space. Our client is known for its sharp legal team, hands-on litigation experience, and steady involvement in SIU (Special Investigations Unit) fraud matters. They are looking for an Associate Attorney who wants real courtroom exposure, professional development, and the chance to build meaningful trial skills. This is not a role where you will just draft and review. You will be in court, taking depositions, and actively shaping case strategy.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of insurance defense experience
- Confident communicator with strong writing and analytical skills
- Curious, detail oriented, and proactive in case development
- Interested in growth and long-term career advancement
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle insurance defense and fraud litigation matters with partner guidance
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle regular court appearances and motion practice
- Participate in investigation and discovery strategy
- Work closely with SIU teams, partners, and clients
