About The Position
The Ott Insurance Agency is a small friendly independent agency servicing personal and commercial lines business. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our insurance company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and potential customers. Experience in insurance is not required but would be a benefit.
