The position involves answering inbound phone calls from customers, insurance companies, or other departments. The candidate will be responsible for processing policies daily from the Insurance New Loans Queue and monitoring and processing requests in the Titan Estimates queue to prepare insurance estimates and quote documents for other departments. Additionally, the role includes contacting customers via phone for Welcome Calls and assisting insurance agents in the Sales Queue by calling customers. The candidate will also process website quote requests for loan customers through the website quote queue.
