Insurance Customer Service Representative

About the position

As a Customer Service Representative on the Outdoor Underwriters team at Outside Underwriters with McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you'll build and maintain professional rapport with clients, vendors, and teammates by providing superior internal and external service support. You'll work as a supportive member of the sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional rapport with clients, vendors, and teammates.
• Provide superior internal and external service support.
• Work as a supportive member of the sales and service teams.
• Service a midsize book of business based on individual experience and production capacity.
• Respond quickly to client requests and provide appropriate information.
• Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of critical and sensitive activities.
• Accept accountability for the quality of work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters.
