About The Position

We represent clients on a national basis, and maintain twelve offices in nine states plus the District of Columbia, with local presence in several others. Our lawyers have appeared in the courts of over 35 states and territories.

Requirements

• Recent experience in insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Serve as counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
