  • Experience with multi-line phone systems

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for welcoming clients and ensuring a pleasant experience
  • Act as the first point of contact and assist with routing calls and transferring to the appropriate department
  • Manage essential administrative duties, including organizing, ensuring a clean workspace, and handling all mail deliveries
  • Efficiently handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for team members
  • Assist with the preparation of important onboarding documents and prepare packets
  • Data entry in various platforms
