We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, or insurance coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain insurance documentation, trackers, expirations, and compliance for internal companies and subcontractors
  • Coordinate invoices, payments, audits, refunds, and financing with accounting, brokers, and carriers
  • Monitor insurance mail, notices, cancellations, audits, and compliance issues, ensuring timely escalation
  • Serve as primary liaison between brokers, carriers, accounting, and internal teams
  • Support audits, inspections, and claims by collecting documentation and coordinating stakeholders
  • Oversee subcontractor and state-level insurance compliance, including monopolistic state programs and workers’ compensation coverage
