The Opportunity: Insurance Consultants are trusted advisors, problem-solvers, and drivers of meaningful outcomes for our clients. In this role, you won’t just manage policies — you’ll help people protect what matters most while shaping a smarter, more seamless insurance experience. Our Insurance Consultants thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where initiative is valued and growth is encouraged. You’ll work closely with Clients and an integrated in-house team of Loan Consultants, Insurance Advisors, Real Estate Agents, and Attorneys to deliver thoughtful solutions and exceptional service. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain one. We will sponsor it!
  • Proven success in consumer-direct sales, ideally within the personal insurance industry
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly or work independently
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and clear communication abilities
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and a deep commitment to ethical standards
  • Confidence communicating both verbally and in writing with a wide range of audiences
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact, guiding prospects and clients to insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs
  • Advocate for clients by assisting with reported claims and supporting them through key moments
  • Prepare and submit policy changes with precision and care, partnering with carriers to ensure timely execution
  • Drive results through consultative sales, conversion, and thoughtful cross-selling of CapCenter services
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver a smooth, efficient insurance quoting experience
  • Protect clients with an unwavering commitment to quality, accuracy, and ethical responsibility
  • Contribute ideas and insights to the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Proactively recommend policy enhancements to help clients stay protected as their lives evolve
  • Build lasting client relationships that drive retention and long-term value
  • Manage all phases of new business, renewals, and remarketing with confidence and attention to detail
  • Leverage your expertise in personal lines products, carriers, and quoting/issuance systems to deliver results
