The Insurance Compliance Officer, serving as the Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP), is responsible for ensuring the agency’s ongoing compliance with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and internal policies. This role provides oversight of licensing, regulatory filings, and compliance programs while safeguarding the organization from regulatory and reputational risks. The DRLP will act as the primary point of contact with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), other state insurance departments, and carriers for all compliance-related matters.
