About The Position

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in Pompano Beach. The Account Manager will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, maintaining documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions. The role involves gathering and compiling exposure information from clients for renewal and new business opportunities, conducting all marketing efforts and placement of client renewals, negotiating quoted terms and conditions on behalf of clients, and preparing marketing and informational material for client presentations and meetings. The Account Manager will also meet with clients in conjunction with the Producer according to standardized client meeting schedules.

Requirements

• Must hold a 2-20 license
• 5+ years commercial lines insurance agency experience servicing commercial risks
• Excellent computer as well as excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of the changing carrier landscape including new entrants into the marketplace and cutting-edge products and solutions
