JOB OVERVIEW: This role with Pegasus Captive Management, a division of EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, provides comprehensive captive insurance and risk management solutions to organizations across a wide range of industries. Pegasus specializes in the formation, licensing, and ongoing management of captive insurance companies, offering end‑to-end services that support each phase of a captive’s lifecycle. Pegasus is hiring a Client Services Specialist. The Client Services Specialist plays a critical role in supporting client account teams by delivering high-quality administrative, accounting, and business development support throughout the client lifecycle. This position is responsible for coordinating renewal and new business processes, maintaining accurate client and financial records, preparing client-facing and governance deliverables, and supporting revenue, invoicing, and payment workflows. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is interested in building a long-term career in insurance, risk management, or financial services. The Client Services Specialist serves as a key operational and administrative partner to producers, account executives, and leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across client engagements. LOCATION: Salt Lake City, Utah - This is a work from home role HOWEVER, qualified candidates must live in the Salt Lake City, UT valley & be willing & able to go to the Salt Lake City post office once or twice a week to pick up Pegasus' mail from the company's PO Box.
