About The Position
As a Claims Service Specialist at GEICO's Virginia Beach, VA office, you will play a crucial role in assisting policyholders during one of the most stressful times in their lives—after an accident. You will undergo a comprehensive training program that lasts between 6 to 9 months, conducted entirely in-office. After this training period, you will transition to a hybrid work model, spending four days a week in the office and one day working from home. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and gathering statements from all parties involved. Your attention to detail and ability to provide support will be essential in helping policyholders navigate the claims process and get back on the road as quickly as possible.
