About The Position

The Insurance Claims Follow-Up Specialist at Life Force Management Inc. is responsible for managing auto claims and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) billing processes. This role involves providing customer service support, following up on claims status with insurance companies, and implementing improvements in the claims and billing process. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively handle client requests and maintain an understanding of insurance trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to follow up on client requests via email and phone
  • Previous Claims Adjuster Experience is a plus
  • 2 years of organizational skills experience (preferred)
  • 2 years of insurance claims experience (preferred)
