  • Notary certification.
  • Bi and multi-lingual skills.
  • Adjuster license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct multi-faceted, complex claims investigations.
  • Submit daily status updates on case files.
  • Secure detailed signed and/or recorded statements of facts from involved parties.
  • Conduct scene investigations with measurements, photographs, video footage, diagrams, and detailed descriptions of locations.
  • Locate and canvass for witnesses.
  • Gather evidence pertinent to the case.
  • Submit professional, client-ready investigative reports.
  • Complete assignments in a timely fashion as per company standards and requirements.
  • Maintain sound judgment throughout the course of investigation with recommendations for future handling.
