Full-time Insurance Billing Speciliast Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Full Time â¢ Demonstrate commitment to the Paradigm Health mission, vision and core values through your daily job performance. â¢ Process all Medicare Hospice Notices (NOE/NOTR) promptly and follow up to confirm acceptance within the required timeline. â¢ Collaborate with the Intake team to verify patient benefits and consents, addressing potential issues prior to admission. â¢ Assist with audit of daily admissions and discharges. â¢ Daily completion of Medicare billing audit and claims submission processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with CMS requirements. â¢ Monitor and reconcile Medicare hospice claims daily; troubleshoot rejections, make timely corrections, and resolve issues to prevent payment delays. Requirements

Medical Billing experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Flexible, organized, and exercises sound judgment.
Meticulous attention to detail, claims accuracy, and compliance.
Excellent time-management.

Nice To Haves

2â3 yearsâ Medicare hospice billing experience strongly preferred.
Associateâs degree, healthcare billing certification, or equivalent hospice billing experience preferred.
