Responsibilities include advising clients on insurance policies, representing clients in disputes with insurers, drafting and reviewing insurance contracts, and negotiating settlements. The Insurance Attorney will collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in PA
Experience in insurance law, including claims and litigation
Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
