The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Insurance Associate to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• AMS 360/ImageRight experience a plus
• P&C license a plus
• Associate will need to be organized and able to multi task

Responsibilities

• Associate will work with VP Carrier Relations to identify, manage and track movement of commercial and personal lines policies from one wholesaler to another
• Provide reports and file data in AMS/ImageRight
• Communicate and be proactive with various underwriters from different brokerages
• Identify issues/hold ups in process to help streamline a more effective process
