About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Process client request forms including, but not limited to: Beneficiary Change Name, Ownership, or Address Change RMD processing EFT set up for premium payments Death Claims, emailing death certificate to carrier Manage firm database of licensed and certified advisors Review and monitor all insurance licenses for advisors to keep current and active Manage and handle all new agent licensing responsibilities Monitor when CE is due for an advisor, inform them, update spreadsheet when course completed. Follow required departmental checklists and procedures. Check and scan mail daily Retrieve carrier statements for commissions when required Complete agent terminations by sending letters and terminating agent record and state appointments in all required systems. Communicate with advisors, carriers and agencies via telephone or email. Provide excellent and friendly customer service to our clients and advisors Maintain records in Salesforce and BOX Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience in the insurance industry, including insurance licensing, preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information and tailor messaging to the intended audience High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy Exceptionally organized and consistently professional in all interactions Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities Ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Proficient in the use of email, internet resources, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Why Cerity Partners : Our people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
