About The Position

Responsibilities

Obtain insurance benefits, authorizations, and pre‑certifications from payer case managers in a timely manner
Review and process service orders submitted by branch locations
Document authorization details, including effective dates, end dates, and payer requirements using internal systems and applications
Maintain accurate and up‑to-date records through patient notes, workflows, tasks, and communications
Serve as a liaison between branch locations and insurance payers, ensuring timely communication of updates or changes
Access authorization information via phone, email, fax, and online portals efficiently
Resolve customer and internal inquiries professionally and expediently
Independently problem‑solve prior to escalating to Supervisor or Manager
Perform eligibility verification and related administrative duties as assigned
