About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and bilingual Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12 to $14, with the potential for commissions and bonuses that can elevate earnings to an average of $23 per hour for top-performing agents. The role requires individuals who can work in a professional setting, possess reliable transportation, and are available to work Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and are eager to learn. While no prior experience is required, it is preferred. We offer paid training starting at $12 per hour, ensuring that you are well-prepared to succeed in your role. Limited Lines Agents will start at $13 per hour, while Property and Casualty (P&C) Agents will start at $14 per hour.
