Requirements

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (support available)
  • Series 6/63 licenses optional
  • Must operate from an on site agency space
  • Startup capital required (varies by market)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow your agency through sales, service and community engagement
  • Hire, train and manage your team based on your business needs
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Develop local marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention
  • Manage daily operations, performance, and compliance as a business owner
