Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Strong work ethic and consistency
• Comfortable having direct, honest conversations about money and protection
• Self-motivated with a desire to increase income
• Coachable and open to mentorship

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and working families to review insurance and retirement protection needs
• Educate clients clearly and simply on available options
• Present competitive solutions across Medicare, life, and supplemental products
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and service follow-up
• Prospect locally through referrals, community involvement, and personal outreach
• Maintain compliance and documentation standards
• Build and grow a personal book of business over time
