Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Undergraduate degree a plus
- Life & Health License not required but preferred.
- Must demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to determine solutions for customers and problem solve in real time (consultative sales approach)
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information utilizing different quoting engines
- Communicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50-100 live clients each day
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws
- Provide customer service for each client to maintain a positive client-advisor relationship
