The Insurance Accounts Research Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid, CMOs, and commercial insurance claims. This role includes reviewing aging reports to identify and resolve problem areas, working on all rejections and denials accurately and efficiently. The specialist must prioritize work, formulate a plan of action, analyze results, and communicate trends and billing coding issues effectively.
