Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to use office equipment and computers
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task
  • 5 years of experience in the field or in related area

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
  • Answer and assist dealerships and customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process lender and customer cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Send Supplies to dealerships as requested
  • Gathers information to aid customer in transferring their contract to a new owner
  • Provide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requested
  • Process inbound mail
  • Assists Senior Account Representatives
  • Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor
