About The Position

Overview Coolray is currently seeking a Insulation Install Lead Technician to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our assistants perform basic insulation tasks, installing Insulation and provide exceptional customer service at ALL times by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. The position will provide on the job training, shadowing, and learning while requiring adherence to workplace procedures, following health and safety guidance, and successfully completing tasks to help you gain further licenses/certifications. Requirements

Must be comfortable working on roof-tops
Will fast-track into a Roofing Ventilation Lead within 90 days based on performance
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a MVR
Mechanical aptitude
Be able to climb and work on roof tops.
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
Results driven in a high-energy environment
Attention to detail
Must be able to follow directions and work independently

Responsibilities

Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
Assist in the removal, repair and insulation of residential and light-commercial ventilator/insulation related items.
Use tools necessary to perform required task(s); hand tools, and ladders.
Maintain cleanliness and contents of company assigned vehicle including necessary stock levels, tools, and equipment.
Provide quality, efficient work while following all applicable local and national codes
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
