Requirements

1-year experience installing insulation, insulation extraction and air sealing is preferred but not required
Knowledgeable of the materials being installed and the proper handling of the materials and equipment
Ability to converse with homeowners in a positive manner
Safety is number one at Service Champions so you should be a safety conscious individual!
Work with a high degree of integrity and promote positive image for our company
Have a strong desire to grow and take your skill set to the next level
Willing to work in confined spaces (i.e. attics, crawl spaces)
Must be able to stand for long periods of time - loading hopper, utilizing the vacuum to extract, navigating the hose for blown-in insulation and bending over to seal air penetrations
After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check

Responsibilities

Serve clients by analyzing and performing on work orders; gathers components, parts, and tools to complete installation
Remove, sanitize, seal and blow in insulation
Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
Excel with a team environment, and be willing to support all areas of our business outside of just insulation as needed, including HVAC installation and maintenance, and general labor
Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
