Who You Are We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Insulation Lead to oversee insulation projects in residential settings. This role combines hands-on installation work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that insulation jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience of residential insulation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of insulation installers on residential job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure proper installation of various insulation types (e.g., spray foam)
• Conduct site inspections to assess material needs and job readiness.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Train new team members on installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with homeowners, customer service, and dispatchers
• Track project progress and report daily updates.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
