About The Position

Service Partners is seeking ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associates to help grow their fast-growing business. The role involves acting as a business representative for their insulation and building products distribution division, as well as their gutter division, with a focus on aggressively growing sales and promoting the brand. One representative will focus on insulation and other essential product sales, while the other will focus solely on gutter sales. This position is for top performers who want to manage their own territory and achieve uncapped earnings.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial and motivated to win.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • 3- 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Comprehension of construction drawings.

Nice To Haves

  • General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively grow sales and promote the brand for insulation, building products, and/or gutter divisions.
  • Build strong relationships.
  • Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
  • Deliver excellent presentations, negotiations, and communications, both verbal and written.
  • Utilize proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
  • Perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
