About The Position
Bell Brothers is seeking an Insulation Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level, full-time role involves learning to install attic insulation systems (cellulose and fiberglass) on residential properties while gaining hands-on experience with tools and techniques. The apprentice will support experienced technicians, perform physical labor indoors and outdoors, and deliver excellent service to clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0–3 years’ experience in HVAC, insulation, or construction-related work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics or confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Assist in loading trucks with materials, tools, and equipment.
- Help assess homes and prepare surfaces for insulation installation.
- Learn to install insulation systems according to company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Operate insulation equipment under supervision.
- Support quality checks and ensure installations meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites.
- Track materials, time, and document work accurately.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients.
