About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead and support instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operation. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with plant instrumentation and control systems. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime. Collaborate with operations, electrical, and maintenance teams to support safe, efficient production. Oversee installation, calibration, and optimization of instrumentation and automation equipment.

Requirements

  • Strong capability in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial instrumentation systems.
  • Proficiency with PLCs, control systems, and plant automation technologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and instrumentation drawings.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, train, and support maintenance team members.
