In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities. You will be expected to interface with client representatives and reflect client preferences on deliverables. You will lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects as well as coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects. Additionally, you will provide I&C representation by attending client and contractor meetings, performing field investigations, attending factory acceptance testing and helping to resolve I&C client and construction issues. You will also monitor and control project schedule and budgets and assist with proposals and presentations in response to sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • 4 years of experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting.
  • 4 years of experience in water/wastewater industry.
  • 2 years of experience in project management and business development.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred, or be in active pursuit of such registration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities.
  • Broad I&C technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
