Requirements

  • BSME or BSEE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in the consulting engineering industry.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) in one or more states.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and within team environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consulting engineering in utility plant design.
  • Experience with industrial networks and communication protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, partners, and individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Design utility plant systems as part of consulting engineering projects.
  • Provide detailed, hands-on knowledge of PLC or DCS control systems.
  • Support industrial networks and communication protocols.
  • Travel for client meetings, field surveys, commissioning, and startup support.
