Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems.
  • Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 7 years of post-graduate work experience for Senior Engineers.
  • At least 10 years of post-graduate work experience for Senior Principal Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners and coordinate with diverse engineering teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop design studies, prepare engineering calculations and analysis, and attend project meetings.
  • Perform walkdowns and mentor junior employees.
  • Produce precise and error-free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations.
  • Develop engineering documents that surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously enhance expertise in industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques.
  • Deliver exceptional engineering solutions that align with rigorous quality assurance programs.
  • Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well-rounded designs.
  • Engage directly with client personnel on-site, performing detailed plant walkdowns.
