Position Summary The Instrument Technician or I&E Technician would be an active Team member in support of a Process Facility during the final stages of a Turnaround, the commissioning, start up, and then part or all of the next process run campaign
Requirements
- Experience with Yokogawa Devices and Field Buss Control System Network.
- Experience prepare and update instrumentation and control documentation including service reports and daily progress reports.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
Nice To Haves
- A Technical Degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Installing, calibrating or zeroing.
- Troubleshooting or diagnosing, and maintaining or repairing electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instruments and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency and safely.
- Documentation: Prepare and update instrumentation and control documentation including service reports and daily progress reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client representatives and other technicians on troubleshooting and problem solving to improve system performance, skill sets and safety.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
