Requirements

  • Must be able to achieve goals and objectives, identifying complex problems and organizing, with your Line Manager, a working group and liaising with the Reliability and Process department to identify and resolve problems
  • Must be comfortable with computer and office automation tools, familiar with SAP application and with digital instrumentation and control systems (DICS).
  • Must be able to read and understand drawings, electrical diagrams and PIDs.
  • Field worker, focusing on safety, team spirit and reliability. Must enjoy operating and adapting on a lower-tier SEVESO site, ensuring reliability and optimization of production facilities.
  • Experience with CAMM (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance operations on specific tasks.
  • Put in place corrective action on poor performers with the Line Manager.
  • Propose improvements in the monitoring of stocks and management of spare parts.
  • Participate in preparation of the program of preventive or predictive maintenance, identifying repeat failures.
  • Identify deviations from schedule and report them to your Line Manager.
  • Participate in preparation of plans for shutdown in coordination with the services Reliability, HSE and Production departments, the maintenance team and Engineering, to carry out all the required operations.
  • Plan these needs and resources for the shutdown.
  • Prepare these spare parts in close cooperation with the Store
  • Analyze the needs in terms of preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
  • Recommend the use of approved external resources for correct management of outstanding work to be performed with the Line Manager.
  • Ensure that the permits and working methods are prepared, available and appropriate to the work to be performed for each of these work days.
  • Inform the Line Manager of the spare parts to be ordered for the different operations in progress if they are not in stock before these operations.
  • Identify the requirements in terms of special equipment (cranes, etc.) and estimate the human resources required to perform the works efficiently and effectively.
