Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software administration, preferably in a GLP-compliant laboratory environment.
  • Strong understanding of GLP regulations and laboratory practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with software validation and qualification processes.
  • Familiarity SciexOS, Analyst, Chromeleon, Debra and Laura
  • Certification in GLP or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain GLP software systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to understand software needs and provide training and support.
  • Monitor software performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement and maintain data integrity protocols in accordance with GLP standards.
  • Assist in the validation and qualification of software systems as required by GLP guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to software administration, including user manuals and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Validation team, IT, and software vendors for system upgrades, patches, and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GLP software solutions.
