About The Position

Richard Construction Inc. (RCI) is currently seeking experienced industrial Instrument Technicians for industrial construction projects. Instrument Technicians will perform a variety of instrumentation services, troubleshooting, calibration, and testing across a construction site.

Requirements

• Must be able to read plans, sketches, loop sheets, specifications, instrument ID and data sheets
• Must possess all knowledge skills and abilities for position
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements
• Must have instrumentation experience working on industrial construction projects
• Must be willing to follow all safety rules and regulations
• Must have all required tools
• Must be able to regularly and reliably show up at the assigned job site
• Must meet all safety and security requirements at the assigned job site
• Must be willing to travel away from home for work assignments

Responsibilities

• Repair and calibrate flow, pressure, level, temperature, and differential pressure transmitters
• Service and repair control valves, actuators, and regulators of all sizes
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot pneumatic and electronic instrumentation
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on process instrumentation
• Calibrate and maintain area monitoring equipment (i.e., LEL, H2S)
