About The Position
As an Instrument/Electrical Technician - Level 2 here at Honeywell , you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions that support our customers' needs in the energy and sustainability sectors. Your expertise in I&E systems will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our products and services. You will report directly to our Site I&E Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of I&E systems, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instrumentation and Electrical systems maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical components and systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used in I&E troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electronic systems.
Nice To Haves
- Technical certification in Instrumentation / Electrical or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Instrumentation and Electrical systems and components.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure system functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Perform electronic assembly, testing, and troubleshooting tasks
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Ensure the quality and functionality of electronic products
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
