The facility includes: 40-chair Psychiatric Emergency Department 16-bed Voluntary Crisis Stabilization Unit Integrated Withdrawal Management Program A welcoming walk-in environment for symptom stabilization and rapid connection to community resources We are building a dynamic workforce to support this first-of-its-kind model—and we invite passionate, judgment-free instructors to join us. Position Overview We are seeking two (2) Instructors to deliver training, workshops, and certification pathways for Peer Support Specialists who will serve in our crisis care setting. Instructors will design and deliver engaging adult-learning experiences, provide ongoing coaching to trainees, and help strengthen our behavioral health crisis workforce. This is a hands-on training role ideal for an experienced facilitator passionate about recovery-oriented care, adult education, and supporting staff development. One of the two roles requires fluency in both English and Spanish for current and future programming.
