Radford University’s School of Computing and Information Sciences seeks qualified applicants with expertise teaching introductory Computer Science courses for a special purpose faculty appointment during the 9-month academic year beginning in Fall 2022. The appointment is renewable based on performance. Service requirements during the academic year may include advising undergraduates and participating in departmental committees. Applicants will teach in an innovative undergraduate program that offers an accredited Computer Science concentration alongside additional concentrations in software engineering, database systems and computer networks. The department also offers two other accredited degrees: Cybersecurity, and Information Science and Systems with concentrations in healthcare, decision support systems, cybersecurity, and web development.
