About The Position

The Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Innovation (SEVI) Department in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas seeks applications from interested candidates to fill a non-tenure track Instructor position beginning August 10, 2026. The position is expected to teach eight courses per year. The teaching assignment will primarily focus on two courses: Corporate Innovation and Strategic Management; but will also include other undergraduate courses as needed, or expertise allows. Regular on-campus availability, in-person teaching, and active contribution to the life of the department, including exhibiting respect and cooperation in shared academic and administrative tasks are essential duties.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business or a business-related field
• Relevant industry experience

Nice To Haves

• Corporate innovation experience
• Prior teaching experience in higher education in a College of Business settings
• Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence and significant instructional materials or methods creation
• Prior experience with experiential pedagogy

Responsibilities
