About The Position
The College of Nursing Acute and Tertiary Care at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a full-time non-tenure track Instructor. Research/scholarship activities and service responsibilities will be determined in collaboration with the Department Chair. Responsibilities for this role include clinical practice assignment in the hospital, and skills/simulation lab in addition to educational responsibilities.
Requirements
- EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- EXPERIENCE: Experience in recent acute care medical-surgical nursing is required.
- Teaching experience in a professional nursing program is required.
- LICENSES: RN license.

Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities include both didactic course work and clinical supervision of students in the BSN program.
- Responsibilities for this role include clinical practice assignment in the hospital, and skills/simulation lab in addition to educational responsibilities.
