About The Position

Position title: Instructor Location: San Diego, CA Clearance required: SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Deliver Initial Qualification Training IQT curriculum in accordance with established training standards, operational requirements, and contract objectives. Assess performance through validated evaluation tools and provide constructive feedback to support learner success. Compile, track, and maintain accurate training data, including attendance records, assessment results, and performance metrics. Generate timely and accurate training reports for internal stakeholders and program leadership. Review, validate, and refine assessment materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving mission needs. Update course materials and lesson content to reflect new equipment, procedural changes, or updated operational requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IQT programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands-on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian-equivalent Instructor.
  • Completed and current Basic Life Support (BLS- AED and CPR).
  • Fully understands CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
