The Department of Immunology and Microbiology. Key Responsibilities : Candidate will design, lead, and execute independent and collaborative research projects focused on bacterial pathogenesis, host–microbe interactions, and stress response mechanisms, with an emphasis on prophage biology and metabolism. Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and contribute to the dissemination of research findings at national and international scientific meetings. Work closely with the Principal Investigator to develop research directions, experimental strategies, and long-term project goals that align with the laboratory’s scientific mission. Ensure compliance with institutional, biosafety, and animal use regulations and promote best practices in laboratory safety and research integrity.
