About The Position

Exotics Racing is seeking passionate Racing Instructors to assist customers through their driving experience. Instructors will provide one-on-one coaching in both classroom settings and inside the racing vehicles. The role involves engaging with guests from around the world, ensuring they have a safe and exciting driving experience on a private race track. The position requires a blend of racing instruction, customer service, and mechanical skills, making it a unique opportunity in the world of motorsports.

Requirements

• Racing Instructor experience required
• Drift experience
• Communication skills
• Must be able to work variable shifts including weekends
• Mechanical skills
• Willing to travel if needed

Nice To Haves

• Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French)

Responsibilities

• One-on-one coaching and instructing students on the track as passenger
• Classroom briefing
• Discovery lap briefing of track course with guests
• Ride along experiences
• Customer service skills & sales experience
• Hand detailing of cars before and after track use
• Showing off your knowledge of track safety and awareness
