About The Position

The Instructor for Wilderness Survival at LionMan School of ReWilding is responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that integrate ancestral wisdom with scientific principles. This part-time, contract position focuses on outdoor learning experiences that promote self-reliance, resilience, and sustainability among students from Pre-K through 12th grade.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in teaching, particularly in outdoor and experiential learning settings.
  • Expertise in survival skills, experimental archaeology, and environmental literacy.
  • Strong foundation in STEM subjects.
  • Alignment with LMSR's core values of sustainability and adventure.
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
